As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With experience in residential repairs and renovations, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
Previously, I had the unique opportunity to turn properties from subpar status to homes to be proud of; all selling in less than a month! This opportunity inspired me to gain a better understanding of what inspectors were looking for. My goal became that of ensuring homes were so well put together that home inspectors had little to report. I enjoyed this challenge and became determined to not only grow myself, but also to ensure that my projects were the best that they could be.
Understanding the craft of a well put together home led me to AHIT training. Not only did I believe this would greatly assist me with revitalizing homes, it also provided me with peace of mind. Knowing that I was playing a critical role in one of the biggest decisions one makes in their life, the purchase of a home, I was adamant that the house be the best it could possibly be. This process began to define my future plans: how I wanted to run my business and the importance of educating my clients.
As a buyer myself, I have been on the receiving end of a home inspection. The amount of information presented can be overwhelming. Therefore, it is my desire to ensure my clients are educated on all areas of the report including, but not limited to suggestions, best practices, and needed repairs. Knowledge is powerful and key in making important decisions such as purchasing a home. We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.
We're also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.
